Adjusting the looper
注意 CAUTION
ルーパーの調節を行う時は、必ずミシンの電源スイッチを切
り、電源プラグをコンセントから抜いて、専門技術者が行ってくだ
さい。
Always turn off the power, unplug the machine and then
authorized techhnicians are allowed to adjust the looper.

ルーパー引き量の調節
ルーパー

が最右位置のとき、右針中心からルーパー先端ま
での引き量

を、49 頁の調整基準表を参照して、ご使用のミ
シンに合った寸法に調節してください。
調節するときは、ルーパー台
台を左右に動かして調節してください。
調節後、ネジ

ルーパー前後位置の調節
ルーパー先端が最右位置から、左針中心まで来たときに、左
針とルーパー先端との前後の隙間を 0.1 〜 0.2mm にしてくだ
さい。
● 3 本針ミシンは、ルーパー先端が最右位置から中針中心まで来
たときに、中針とルーパー先端との前後の隙間を 0 〜 0.05mm
にしてください。
調節するときは、ルーパー台
回してください。調節後、ネジ
●ルーパー先端が最右位置から右針中心を通過するときは、
( 針受け ( 後 ) が効いていない状態では、) 右針とルーパー先端が
僅かに接触します。

looper is at its farthest position to the right. Select the
distance according to the machine being used by referring
to the table of adjustment dimensions (see page 49).

Adjusting the looper avoiding distance
When the point of the looper has reached the center of the left
needle from the extreme right end of its travel, there should
be 0.1~0.2 mm front-to-back clearance between the left
needle and the point of the looper.
● For 3-needle machines:
When the point of the looper reaches the center of the middle
needle from the extreme right end of its travel, the front-to-back
clearance between the middle needle and the point of the
looper should be 0 ~ 0.05 mm. To make this adjustment,

After this adjustment is made, tighten screw
● When the point of the looper is passing the center of the
right needle from the extreme right end of its travel (the
rear needle guard is not effective), the right needle slightly
contacts the point of the looper.
