▷ After unpacking, check the machine for com-
pleteness and possible transport damages.
Please claim any transport damages immedi-
ately with your supplier.

Intended Use

High-temperature furnace for final sintering of
dental oxide ceramics, especially zirconium oxide
blanks.
The sintering furnace is pre-programmed by the
manufacturer with temperature programs, which
is matched to the Amann Girrbach AG zirconium
oxide frame material.
Further program assignment locations are freely
programmable.
The sinter pad or the sinter bowl filled with sinter-
ing pearls is used for sintering of zirconium oxide
restorations.
Glaze and stain firings of zirconium oxide are car-
ried out with the firing tray and the ceramic pins.

Any other or further-going use, such as the
processing of other products than those intended
for, as well as the handling of hazardous sub-
stances or materials hazardous to one's health,
does not apply as under the intended use.
As to the materials being used in the furnace, it
must be known whether they are aggressive to or
even could lead to destruction of the insulation or
of the heating rods.
It is prohibited to remove safety devices, bypass
them or put them out of operation.
Unauthorised modifications/alterations of the
machine shall void the warranty.
The set-up instructions and the safety regulations
must be followed, as otherwise the furnace is con-
sidered as not being used as intended for, and any
and all claims against the manufacturer shall
become void.
Always comply with the manufacturer's installa-
tion requirements and operating instructions.
Only this can ensure safe operation.
