Loading the furnace

NOTE:
Insufficient firing results!
Under no circumstances may a dental restora-
tion be placed in the furnace without an underlay
on the sintering base.
▷ Always use one of the firing aids.
To sinter a dental restoration, the loaded firing aid
must be placed on the sintering base in the fur-
nace.
As far as possible, position sintering
objects at the front end of sintering aid
(towards heating-element opening).
▷ Select the appropriate firing aid according to
the planned sintering process.
When using the sintering pad:
▷ Place sintering objects directly on the sintering
pad with the occlusal side facing down. Ensure
stable positioning on the carrier, so that the
object does not fall down during door move-
ment.

When using the sintering bowl:
▷ Fill sintering bowl with sintering pearls.
A P P L I C A T I O N
▷ Place sintering objects directly on the sintering
pearls with the occlusal side facing down.
When using the firing tray:
▷ Place glazing objects with ceramic pins on the
firing tray.
▷ Open the furnace door by pressing button
the display.
▷ Place the firing aid with the sintering objects at
the front on the sintering base.

NOTE:
Damage of the sintering objects!
▷ Ensure that the sintering objects do not collide
with the heating element when shutting the
door.
▷ Press and hold the
furnace door is supposed to close. Check the
clear space around the sintering objects.
▷ Release
