The firing tray with ceramic pins is suitable for
glaze and stain firing of zirconium oxide.

Preparing the furnace

NOTE:
Possible damage to heating element from fallen
down sintered material!
▷ Do not operate furnace without the sintering
pad inserted.
▷ Check the position of the sintering pad regu-
larly before using the furnace.

Before putting into operation and initial loading of
the furnace with sintering objects:
▷ Using tweezers, insert second sintering pad
included in delivery scope horizontally to rear
stop in heating element of furnace.
The heating element can no longer be damaged
by sintered objects. A fallen down object will lay
on the sintering pad and can be easily removed
with it.
