TRAINING.-
The exercise uses 3 training variables:
• Time: Measuring the duration of the
exercise. Sessions are measured in
minutes (YV 13).
• Frequency (Intensity): Representing
the number of cycles per second.
• Amplitude: Height of the vibration.
There are various positions you can
use to exercise specific parts of the
body, (these will be described further
on).
On this platform VIBRO QUICK, you
can choose to select one of the 3 preset
programs, or use the manual program.
Respecting
the
between one exercise set and the next
is essential, not only for energy-
metabolic recovery, as
"tiredness", but also to rest the
Central
and
systems that are actively involved.
It is essential that you begin using the
VIBRO QUICK platform in a gradual
fashion to accustom your body to the
vibration treatment. It is advisable to
begin with short application times, use
manual program and work according
to this recommendation:

of continuous vibration unless we use
the lowest frequency. The recovery
time between one exercise serie and
the next should be at least the same
as the time of the serie (exercise of 30
sec. requires at least 30 sec. of rest).
You can use the basic stance or adopt
other postures that will allow you to
