DESCRIPTION.-
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
Take the unit out of the box and place
it on the flat floor.
Make sure that all of the pieces are
there: (A) Platform;
control; (C) Power cord; (E) Manual
REMOTE CONTROL.-
A remote control for comfortable
selection of modes is included.
FITTING THE BATTERIES.
This remote
ALKALINE BATTERIES AAA. To fit
the batteries, take the cover off the
back of the remote control (B) and
carefully insert the two «AAA». Make
(B) Remote
control uses
sure that the batterys' polarity is
correct (matching the battery «+»
terminal with the «+» sign inside the
battery compartment, and the «-»
terminal with the «-» sign).
Replace
cover.INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE.-
For working with the platform VIBRO
QUICK you can choose one of 3
present programs or manual mode.
START UP.-
Connect the power cord with the
platform and plug it into the electric
wall socket (220V).
Red light (POWER) will light up.
MANUAL FUNCTION.-
1. For start working with the platform
point the receiver of the remote control
to the platform and press the button
. The platform will be working
using 35Hz.
2. For increase the frequency to
40Hz/45Hz/50Hz press the button
40/45/50. Green/blue/red light will light
up.
3. For decrease the frequency press
the button directly.
PROGRAM FUNCTION.-
There are three programs: P1 Warm
up, P2 Stretching, P3 Intensive
training (see the program table at the
end of the manual).
1. Point the receiver of the remote
control to the platform and press the
two
button P1/P2/P3.
2. For start using the program press
the button
