6. Check for areas of noticeable discolouration inside the interior
and on components.
7. Check the overvoltage protection devices.
Please note: If the indicator is red, replace the overvoltage
protection devices.
8. Check the fuse indicators on varistors and fuses.
9. Check all fuses for corrosion or erosion on the contact plates.
10. Check for dust deposits and water traces.
Clean the device with a vacuum cleaner. Please note:
| Do not damage any components, cables or other fixtures.
| If a compressor is used, maintain a minimum distance of 30
cm.
Checking the control cabinet
1. Open the control cabinet.
2. Check the control cabinet for visible damage, areas of
discolouration or signs of charred or overheated cables and
cable connections.
3. Check circuit boards for traces of water and dust deposits.
4. Inspect the interior for deposits of dirt caused by animals and
damage due to gnawing.
5. Check the level of erosion on the auxiliary relay K8–K17 and
replace if necessary.
6. Check the settings of the DIP switches (check against the
specifications from the energy supply company).
7. Close the control cabinet.
The control cabinet has been inspected.
Carrying out the measurements
1. Measure the earth resistance.
2. Measure the leakage resistance.
3. Measure the faulted circuit impedance.
The measurements have been completed.
Clean air filter
1. Clean or replace the filter for the air supply to the raised floor.
2. Clean dust and sand from the raised floor. Please note: A central
inverter must not draw in any dirt.
The air filters have been cleaned.
Concluding maintenance
1. Fold up the control cabinet and lock it in position.
