Foundation

| When selecting the installation location and the route for
transportation, ensure that the floor or base plate can bear the
weight of the device type and the additional weight of the
transportation equipment.
| The foundation must be level and have been designed to suit the
weight and base area of the device
(see Chapter 3.2, page 11). Please note: Conergy IPG series
central inverters can weigh more than two tons without
transportation equipment and may destroy or crush
underdimensioned foundations (see Chapter 3.2, page 11).
| The foundation must be level and slip-proof.
| The foundation must be fireproof.
| The front face of the central inverter must be accessible.
| The central inverter must be protected from any possible
gnawing damage caused by rodents.

Transportation

A group of persons specially trained for this task and authorised by
the owner/operator must carry out the transportation and
installation of the Conergy IPG series central inverter.

Safety instructions

Damage due to incorrect transportation.
Damage may be caused if the central inverters are improperly
transported.
