Assembly

WARNING
• The axis through the sensor tip bore must be aligned with
the tube axis.
• Observe the minimum distance of 10 mm between the sen-
sor tip and the bottom of the basin.
• The sensor tip must be fully immersed in the water sample
during the measurement.
• Measurement results may otherwise be incorrect.
NOTE
Parts of the assembly accessories of the IPHa 3-PP in-line probe
housing (see accessories) can be used for both immersion
sensors.
Attach the clamping plate to the edge of the basin using two
screws (use washers)
Check that the securing ring is seated correctly on the top of the
immersion sensor
Ensure that the position of protective mesh does not impede the
flow of the water sample through the sensor tip
Push the immersion sensor from above into the clamping plate
Hold the immersion sensor at the desired height and twist until
the hole in the sensor tip is pointing in the direction of the flow
(arrow).
Tighten the clamping screw onto the clamping plate (SW 4).
