Shelf life
• The maximum shelf life of natural yogurt in the refrigerator is 7 days.
The other yogurt types should be consumed before this.

Starting the appliance
• Do not put water in the water tank (fig. 14).
• Attach the holder onto the base of the appliance (fig. 15). The jars
must be suspended (fig. 16).
• Put the full jars without the lids in the corresponding places in the holder
(fig. 17).
• Close the lid on the appliance (fig. 18).
• Plug in the appliance.

minimum of 4 hours so that they become firm.
Observation:
If you do not want to prepare the maximum number
