Warning!
Risk of injuries from components coming loose or leaking
material.
If assembly work is performed while the gun is still connected to the
compressed air circuit and material supply, components can unexpect-
edly work loose and material can leak.
→ Depressurise the system.
→ Disconnect the spray gun from the compressed air circuit and the
material supply before any cleaning work.
Note!
Damage from loose screwed connections
Loose screwed connections can cause damage to parts or result in mal-
functions.
→ Tighten all screw connections by hand and check that they are
screwed tight.
■ Before any assembly work, disconnect the compressed air supply from
the compressed air connection [1-6] and the material supply from the
material connection [1-8] / [1-12] / [1-16] .
8.1. Fitting the material nozzle
Note!
The chosen material nozzle (not included in the scope of supply) must
be fitted in the air cap before being used for the first time.
■ Unscrew the air cap ring, with contact protection, [3-1] by hand and
remove together with the air cap [3-2].
■ Insert material nozzle [3-3] in air cap. Pay attention to the groove align-
ment with the fixing pin.
■ Screw on the air cap ring with contact protection together with the air
cap and material nozzle and tighten by hand.
