Note!
Damage from dirty compressed air
Using dirty compressed air can cause malfunctions and coating prob-
lems.
→ Use clean compressed air. For example with suitable SATA filter
units.
Before using the spray gun, heed / check the following points to warrant
safe working:
■ Check that all screws are securely tightened. Tighten screws if neces-
sary.
■ Tighten the pre-nozzle [3-4] with a torque of 3 Nm.
■ Use technically clean compressed air.
■ Secure the spray gun with the trigger lock on the trigger guard.
■ Ensure sufficient grounding.
■ Check the permitted operating pressure of high-pressure hose and
spray gun.
■ Check all connecting parts for leaks.
9.1. First use
■ Purge paint channel with suitable cleaning solution.
■ Tighten the air cap ring and contact protection by hand.
9.2. Normal operation
Heed/check the following points before use to
warrant safe working with the spray gun:
■ Warrant necessary air input and material pressure.
■ Use technically clean compressed air.
Connect spray gun
Note!
Only connect the gun to depressurised high-pressure pumps (pump and
air input pressure set to 0 bar).
■ Connect the compressed air hose to the air connection [1-6].
■ Connect the material hose to the material connection [1-8] / [1-12] / [1-
16] .
