1. Prepare patient
2. Place electrodes

White = vertex (forehead)
o
Red = ground (cheek/shoulder)
o
Blue = nape
3. Place transducer
or
4. Check electrode impedances
Green = Acceptable
Red = Poor

and nape montage is used.
