Unintended or improper use
(NON-slicable products)
Products that may NOT be sliced, because they can cause serious damage to the user and/or the slicer
itself, are as follows:
- Frozen food products.
- Frozen food products
- Food products with bones (meat and fish)
- Fruits and vegetables of all kinds
- Any other product of the type that can be sliced but is not intended for food use.

VI.MECHANICAL SAFETY DEVICES AND ELECTRICAL PARTS

The mechanical safety devices used are as follows:
- Series of protections in aluminum and transparent plastic material on the goods holder plate.
The following electrical safety devices have been adopted:
- Start-up with run/stop button that requires the voluntary operation of restarting the machine in case of
power failure.
- Start and stop are carried out with a button connected to an auxiliary control circuit that prevents
accidental start-up of the machine after a possible power failure.
Risks
Do not, under any circumstances, tamper with, remove, any safety devices
installed on the equipment.
During use and during cleaning and maintenance of the slicer, despite the
efforts made during its design and construction, there is still the possibility
of damage (risk of cutting) to which you may be exposed if you do not work
with ABSOLUTE CAUTION.
DO NOT GET DISTRACTED ! DO NOT use the slicer unless you are in perfect
physical and mental condition, and
DO NOT allow anyone to approach the slicer during use: ALWAYS use cut-
resistant and tear-resistant protective gloves when cleaning, lubricating
and sharpening the blade.
