6. OPERATION

6.1 Using intermediate positions

The intermediate positions can be accessed when the roller shutter/awning is at the upper or lower end
limit.
6.1.1 Shutter/awning last moved more than 3 minutes ago
- Press the STOP/My button to find the programmed intermediate position: The roller shutter/awning
starts to move and stops in the intermediate position.
6.1.2 Shutter/awning last moved less than 3 minutes ago
- Press the STOP/My button once.
- Press the STOP/My button again to find the programmed intermediate position: The roller shutter/
awning starts to move and stops in the intermediate position.

6.2. Operating the emergency crank

Caution! Never operate the roller shutter or awning using an
RTS control point while using the emergency crank!
- Switch off the power supply.
- Hook the Somfy emergency crank into the ring.
Caution! At first use, check the direction of rotation of the crank
by turning it slightly and make a mark on the crank to indicate
the direction of rotation in order to open the motorised product!
- Turn the crank to raise or lower the roller shutter or awning.

7. RESETTING

7.1 With an RTS control point programmed in the motor.

N.B.: This reset deletes all control points, sensors and intermediate positions programmed.
N.B.: Only switch off the current for the motor to be reset!
N.B.: Do not use the Inis RT/Inis RTS control point for resetting!
- Place the roller shutter/awning in the mid-height position
- Cut the power supply for 2 seconds.
- Switch the power supply back on for 5 to 15 seconds.
- Cut the power supply for 2 seconds.
- Switch the power supply back on: the roller shutter/awning
moves for a few seconds.
Caution : if the roller shutter/awning is in the upper or lower end
limit position it will move up and down briefly..
- Press the RTS control point PROG button until the motor
moves for a few seconds:
► All the RTS control points, RTS sensors and
intermediate positions are cleared.
- Follow the procedures in the «Parameter setting» section
to RTS control points, RTS sensors and intermediate
positions.
