Function
In traditional strength training, the load on the muscles is determined by the weight that is lifted. If you use a vibration
plate, a certain frequency (between 5 and 40 Hz) is set. Depending on the strength of the vibrations, these are then
transmitted to the limbs of the body. The vibrations stimulate a reflex contraction of the muscles, which leads to a high
level of activity and effort.
The stimulation through training with the vibration plate is substantially greater than that of a conventional training. In fact,
the VP500's high frequency range allows up to 95% of the body's different muscles to be used simultaneously, which is
very effective for your whole body workout. Simple resistance exercises on the other hand reach only 40-60%. A further
advantage of vibration training is that it also addresses deep muscles that are not consciously controllable. So you have
the possibility to stabilise the complete skeleton.
