• Fasten firmly to the means of transport using ropes or
chains to prevent it from tipping over causing damage
and fuel leaks.
7.2. STORAGE
When the machine is to be stored away:
• Start the engine in the open air and run it idle until it
comes to a halt, so that it uses up all the fuel that is
left in the carburettor.
• Clean the machine thoroughly.
• Check the integrity of the machine;
Store the machine:
• In a dry place.
• Protected from inclement weather.
• In a place not accessible to children.
• Making sure that keys or tools used for maintenance
are removed.
• Making sure the auger assembly is completely on the
ground (track model)
NOTE The machine must be stored safely and se-
curely to prevent any accidental or unwanted contact with
people, children or animals.
