INSTALLING THE BLADES
NOTICE:
To re-install or replace the
blade(s), be sure to assemble the parts
in the exact order in which they were
removed, especially ensuring that the
statements "THIS SIDE FACING DECK"
on the upper blade is facing toward the
mower deck and "THIS SIDE FACING
GRASS" on lower blade is facing
toward the outside.
1. Wear protective gloves.
2. Insert the two "Blade Set" bolts into
the upper blade from the side that
states "THIS SIDE FACING DECK"
and then position the upper blade
onto the motor shaft (Fig. 7).
NOTICE: The diamond protrusion on the
"Blade Set" bolts should be aligned with
the diamond hole in the upper blade
(Fig. 8).
3. Depending on the desired, mount
the chosen lower blade onto the
motor shaft (refer to the chapter
"SELECT CUT™ CUTTING
SYSTEM" in this manual). Fig. 9 is
illustrating EGO High-Lift Bagging
Lower Blade mounting.
