The selector switch can be turned to three
positions:

Turn the appliance ON or OFF at the ON/
OFF switch (2). The operating indicator (3)
lights up when the appliance is switched on.
NOTE

The appliance starts to heat up as soon
as it is switched on. When the standby
indicator (16) lights up, the appliance is at
operating temperature.
