EN WA-200SP - WA-200FT INTEGRA | WIDER1A - WIDER1A R
When replacing fluid nozzle set (2-1) and fluid needle set (2-2), check the correct coupling
of both, in order to avoid any paint leakage from the fluid nozzle during spray gun operation.
To adjust the fluid adjustment set (9), turn the adj. knob of the fluid adjustment
set. The standard for the fully closure of the paint adjustment device requires that the
gap between the guide and the knob is: 2 mm for the WIDER1A and 1 mm for the
WA-200SP & WA-200FT INTEGRA.
During the adjustment it is recommended not to over-tighten the adjustment too much as its
excessive tightening could cause deformation of the fluid nozzle.
