Maintenance
Except for testing the integrated RCCBs, the eM4  Twin Wallbox is basically maintenance-free.
However, we still recommend the wallbox is cleaned and the charging sockets checked regularly:
x Use only a dry cloth for cleaning the wallbox. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, waxes
or solvents (such as cleaning fluid or paint thinner) as they may dull the status indicator and
surface of the wallbox.
x The wallbox must under no circumstances be cleaned with a pressure cleaner or similar
device.
x Check the housing and the charging sockets of the wallbox regularly for any damage.
Additional technical information
Additional technical information is required for the installation and setup of your wallbox and to
resolve errors during operation, and is provided together with the technical data of all model vari-
ants in the separate installation manual for qualified specialist electrical contractors. In addition,
the technical data for your wallbox are collated in product-specific data sheets.
