Programming a playlist
Programming a playlist means telling the player which tracks,
and in what order, you want to play. You can program a sequence
of up to 32 tracks to play from any of the discs loaded in the disc
changer. Tracks can appear more than once in the playlist, or can
be left out entirely.
1 Press PROGRAM.
2 Use the DISC-1/2/3 buttons to select the disc.
3 Enter a track number.
For example, to enter track 6, press 6. To enter track 14, press
>10, 1, 4.
To clear an entry, press
CLEAR
4 Repeat steps 2 and 3 to add more items to the
playlist.
5 Press 2 6 to start playing the playlist.
Notes:
• To delete the most recently programmed track, press
• To delete the whole playlist, make sure that playback is
stopped, then press 7. The playlist is also cleared if you open
the disc tray.
Using repeat play
You can set the player to repeat individual tracks on CDs, a whole
disc, or all the discs loaded in the player.
You can use the repeat together with the programming mode to
repeat the tracks in the playlist (see Programming a playlist for
how to program a playlist).
1 Press REPEAT (SHIFT & 8) during playback to select a
repeat mode.
On the front panel, press
REPEAT
Each press switches the repeat mode:
• Repeat one Track
• Repeat All
• Repeat off
In program play mode:
• Repeat one Track
• Program Repeat
• Repeat off
