Type RPC D/PID positioner
NOTE!
► "At rest" means that the control valves of the RPC positioner type are de-energized or not actuated.
► With humid ambient air, a hose connection can be established between control air output A1 or A2 of the positioner/process
controller and the control air connection of the actuator which is not connected with control function FC or control function FO,
respectively. This supplies the spring chamber of the actuator with dry air from the vent duct of the RPC positioner type.
4.4.1
Safe end position
The safety end position after failure of the auxiliary electric power depends on the pneumatic connection of the actuator to the wor-
king ports A1 or A2.
