Use Li-Ion Charge mode for 12 V lithium
batteries for:
- Charging or conservation charging
with the battery either fitted or removed
Backup mode relieves the vehicle battery
while a vehicle diagnosis or software up-
date is being performed.
Pb Refresh mode reactivates deeply
discharged or sulphated batteries. Refresh
charging of batteries must be carried out
either in the open or in a well-ventilated
area.
For lead batteries that have not yet been fil-
led, Pb Initial Charging mode enables opti-
mum initial charging following initial filling.
The charger can be configured in a number
of ways using the following device options:
- Language
- Graphic display contrast
- Configure an individual standard
- Restore factory settings
- Information on the hardware and soft-
ware version
