Remove packing foil and fixation straps from the corresponding structural
components.

Now lift the structural part from the pallet [A] and position it on a before
prepared site in the production hall. Use the crane lugs on the suction part
(pos. 5) for this purpose. Remember that a power supply and compressed air
supply must be available in this site.

Disassemble the protection against activation after loosening the screws
(pos. 7). The protection against activation may now be removed in the
direction outside.
●
There are eight prepared installation holes for fixation of the CleanAirTower
unit to the floor of the hall on the bottom of the filtration unit. CleanAirTower
should be anchored using fixation means suitable for the floor of the hall. We
recommend using the following fixation material for C25/30 steel reinforced
concrete:
M12 130

Now attach the disassembled components back to the filtration unit.

Release the clamping ring which joins the ventilator unit with the suction part.
Lift and put it on an empty pallet.

Lift the filtration unit (pos. 2) which is positioned on the other pallet [B] using
the crane lugs (pos. 6) inside of the filtration unit and fit it on the ventilator unit
anchored to the floor.
Make sure that colour identification of the corresponding flanges of both
segments match with each other. Only then the correct position will be
attained.

Join the ventilator unit and the filtration unit with the clamping ring. Make sure
during this operation that the clamping ring seal is positioned correctly.
●
Open the top clamping ring of the filtration unit and put the suction part on the
filtration unit. Join both parts with the clamping ring.
It is necessary to connect individual segments pneumatically in the next step.
