c. While holding the gray slide lock up, and with the pivot knob facing away from the headgear, slide the pivot mechanism onto the slide rail
from the rear, away from the direction of the headgear adjustment knob (Fig. 25c).
NOTE: While pushing the new pivot mechanism onto the slide rail, maintain upward pressure on the gray slide button or the pivot mechanism will not
go onto the slide rail.
