GETTI N G STARTED
1) Check to m ake sure no objects are placed on the belt that will
hinder the m ovem ent of the treadm ill.
2) Plug in the power cord and turn the treadm ill ON.
3) Stand on the side rails of the treadm ill.
4) Attach the safety key clip to part of your clothing m aking sure
that it is secure and will not becom e detached during operation.
A) QUI CK START

The workout begins at the lowest incline and speed.
B) SELECT A PROGRAM
1) Select a program using the PROGRAM KEYS and press

PROPER USAGE
Position your feet on the belt, bend
your arm s slightly and grasp the
heart rate sensors (as shown). While
running, your feet should be located
in the center of the belt so that your
hands can swing naturally and without
contacting the front handlebars.
Your treadm ill is capable of reaching
high speeds. Always start off using a
slower speed and adjust the speed in
sm all increm ents to reach a higher
speed level. Never leave the treadm ill
unattended while it is running. When
not in use turn the on/off switch to off

Keep your body and head facing forward. Do not attem pt to turn around or look
backwards while the treadm ill is running. Stop your workout im m ediately if you feel
pain, faint, dizzy or are short of breath.
