Leq time: With this option, the duration of the Leq measure that will be stored in memory
can be programmed.
Leq time may be programmed between 2 minutes and 1 hour. The shorter the Leq time,
the more detailed the information obtained, although the memory will fill sooner. When
this occurs, the limiter continues to store records by overwriting the earliest records
(FIFO Buffer). To store one month's information, define a Leq time longer than 6
minutes. We recommend programming the LRS-03 with a Leq time of 10 minutes. The
technical specifications (chapter 7) give the storage capacity of the LRS-03.
Continuos printing: This enables you to print the following information when a Leq
measurement ends, if a printer is connected to the LRS-03:
Date and time when the interval begins
Date and time when the interval ends
Value of the equivalent continuos level measured in the interval
Maximum "slow" level measured in the interval
LS max limit: With this option, the maximum allowed "Slow" level can be entered. The
LRS-03 records the time during which the limit was exceeded. This data is for your
information only and will never be used to attenuate the music level in the room.
LF max limit: With this option, the maximum allowed "Fast" level can be entered. The
LRS-03 records the time during which the limit was exceeded. This data is for your
information only and will never be used to attenuate the music level in the room.
Modem parameters: This allows you to select the number of rings the LRS-03 will wait
before it attends a request received by modem.
Language: This allows you to select the language in which all the messages generated
by the LRS-03 are to be shown and printed.
Delete registers: with this option all data stored in the LRS-03's memory can be deleted,
with the exception of the programming, the counter of the times data have been deleted
and the register of the last 10 dates when data have been deleted.
Transport: This allows you to completely switch off the LRS-03 in order to store it or
transport it. To do this operation, follow these steps: 1) Select the option Transport from
the programming menu, 2) Disconnect the LRS-03 from the mains and 3) Press the
"ENTER" key (C).
Password change: with this option the password can be changed.
Exit: This finishes the programming process and requests a confirmation to save the
new programming.
The LRS-03 may also be programmed from a PC via a USB port, with the corresponding
software.
