Installation
Move your cabinet to its desired location.
It must:
•
be open to the outside to allow air circulation
(not placed inside a cupboard...),
•
not be too damp (linen room, laundry, bathroom...),
•
have a flat, stable floor which can withstand 450 kg,
•
have a power supply (standard outlet, 16 A, earthed with circuit breaker,
30 mA* (* not applicable to some countries).
•
Move your cabinet to its intended location.
•
Wait 48hrs before plugging it in.
I. Installing the charcoal filter
Install the charcoal filter (located in the "accessories" box) via the inside of the cabinet, placing it in the hatch located under the control panel.

Unscrew the button of the charcoal filter hatch, under the control panel.

Insert the charcoal filter (EuroCave label facing you) located in the
"accessories"box, taking care to first remove the protective plastic.
N.B.: Only use genuine EuroCave parts.
II. Setting the feet and installing the covers
The distance between the centre of the cabinet feet is 515 x 748 mm.
N.B.: Setting the feet and fitting the covers must be carried out by a EuroCave installer.

When used for the first time, the charcoal filter alarm will display. Reset
the filter meter to 365 (see chapter 6, § VI).
Door security
In order to secure your cabinet, the Royale wine cabinet is fitted with a lock.

Push the hatch upwards and screw the button back on.

Using a 19 mm open-ended spanner anda spirit level, set the feet of
your cabinet so thatit is completely stable.

Fit the covers onto each foot, by sliding them into the runners provided.
Warning: The Royale cabinet must always stand on the four feet and never just on the covers.
III. Filling the "Hygrocontrol System" humidity control tray
When using your wine cabinet for the first time, the humidity control tray – Hygrocontrol system – must be filled. This tray automatically humidifies the cabinet. It
must be refilled every 6 months to a year, when the
low humidity level alarm displays.
N.B.: - Remove the two transportation protective pads.
- Do not unscrew the tray's panel to fill it. A hole is provided. Risk of tray overflowing if it is filled to the brim. Respect the maximum level.

Remove the " Hygrocontrol System " humidity control tray from its slot.

The tray must be filled until the water reaches the fill mark, located
below the filling hole.

To help you, place thecover opposite the foot, so thatthereis no space
between thecover and the floor.

Fill the tray with water (preferably demineralized), by pouring it into the
hole provided.
