1. Remove the protective plate;
2. Place the gasket and the handlebar stem on top of the
gearbox;
3. Place and tighten the four bolts that secure the column
to the gearbox;
4. Place and tighten the column fixing bolt on the pulley
bracket;
5. Place the cable tie.
1. Attach the gear shift lever to the gearbox shaft with the
locking pin;
2. Insert the R-clip.

1. Tighten the throttle handle on the handlebar.
1. Insert the handlebar (21) into the upper groove of the
stem;
2. Insert the handlebar height adjustment, quick-release
lever (20) into the corresponding hole for the desired
handlebar height;
3. Fix the nut in the hole of the handlebar bracket;
4. Tighten the quick-release lever (20);
5. Fit the top cover, tighten the two fixing bolts.
1. Remove the rear bolt, place the rear supports and
tighten the bolt;
2. Loosen the front bolt (bolt holding the engine
guard/front handle);
3. Align the holes in the mudguard, with the holes in the
rear support and with the front hole;
4. Tighten the bolts;
5. Proceed in the same way for the opposite side.
