Removing the transport locks

Assembling
The machine is pre-assembled, the parts removed for transport must be assembled according to
the following instructions and the connection to mains have to be made.
The machine and machine components are heavy!
2 persons are required to assemble the machine.

1.
Place the levelling disks (3) under the machine base.
2.
Mount the levelling screws (1).
3.
Place the precision balances on the centre of the table
(on the magnetic chuck), at a 90° angle to each other and
adjust the inclination of the machine at the levelling
screws (accuracy: 0.02 mm over 1000 mm length).
4.
Check the alignment after a few days of use of the
machine and readjust if necessary
Unscrew the marked transport locks of the
table
Slightly lift the grinding wheel head and
remove the support

Hydraulic system
Connect the hydraulic lines to the couplings
•
1: Unpressurised return line (T) to the tank
•
2: High pressured line (P) out of the tank
•
Coolant system
•
Connect the coolant hose (1) with the hose clamp to
the coolant supply
•
Attach the other end (2) with the hose clamp to the
coolant pump
•
Fix hose clamps
