Supply the hydraulic system with hydraulic oil (recommended for ISO VG 46, DIN 51524 part 2 HLP
46, US Steel 126/127) with a viscosity of 46.

Electrical connections
Connect the plugs to the connections on the cabinet

Coolants are toxic and must not be released into the environment! Follow
the manufacturer's instructions and contact your local authority for
information on proper disposal if necessary. Operating the coolant pump
without coolant in the tank can permanently damage the pump.
1.
Make sure the coolant reservoir is properly maintained
and filled.
2. Position the coolant hose so that the coolant return flow is
through the chip tray (1).
3. Use the switch on the operation display to turn the
coolant pump on or off.
4. Use the flow valve to regulate the flow of coolant

Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and, if necessary, contact
your local authority for information on proper disposal.
Fill in the suitable hydraulic oil through the filler opening
(1) of the hydraulic tank (max. see techn. Data)
First oil change after 100 operating hours, then change
the oil semi-annually or after 500 operating hours.

Place the coolant return hose (1) on the drain
Place the other end of the return hose in the
opening of the coolant tank.
Red: Connection hydraulic pump (1)
