If this unit does not seem to operate
properly,
after rereading
the

microprocessor. Unplug the power cord from
the wall outlet. Then plug it in again.

CLEANING THE VIDEO HEADS
Although this unit is equipped with an automatic heacl cleaner, dirt may
accumulate on the video heads after long periods of use. If the pla!/back
picture is blurred or noisy, while the TV programs received are clear, the
heads may bedirly. Inthiscase, clean the video heads using a commercially
available video head cleaning tape.
CLEANING THE UNIT
When the cabinet has become dirty or stained, dip a piece of gauze or soft
cloth into a dilute solution of neutral cleanser, and wipe clean. Never use
thinners or benzine since they will damage the cabinat surface.
MAINTENANCE

is required. Your dealer can advise you further.

should not be done by the user. In all
cases of difficulty or doubt, consult your dealer.
NOTE ON CONDENSATION
Moisture may condense inside the unit when it is moved from a cold place
to a warm place, after heating a cold room, or under conditions of high
humidity. If the tape is played back under these conditions, the unit and
the tape may be damaged, Do not use the unit until it has warmed to roonn
temperature
and the moisture
has evaporated
completely
in a well-
ventilated area.
Wait about 2 hours, and normal operation should be possible.
