The function is used
This function is useful when large quantities of food must be inserted into the equipment and frequent door openings could raise
the temperature in the cell, damaging the food.
To start the "Over temp." function, follow these steps:
• make sure that the display is not locked. If it is, unlock it as indicated on the page 45.
