The appliance is fitted with the controls for use
of its main functions.
A)Control knob: turns the power supply on
and off.
B)Control panel: controls the following functions

) Temperature display:

– shows the set temperature value (during pro-

– shows the oil temperature value (during cooking)

) Cooking start and stop button: for starting or

) Electrical power on light: lights up to indicate

) Temperature maintenance light: lights up to

has been activated and the appliance is waiting to
start the cooking cycle
C)Mains light: comes on to indicate that the electricity
supply is on.
D)Temperature light: comes on to warn that the oil is
not yet at the preset temperature. The light goes out
when the temperature is reached.
