SWITCHING THE APPLIANCE ON AND OFF
Lighting
Important
Before use, perform a cooking cycle with-
out food at a temperature between 150-160
°C.
1 - Turn on the appliance's circuit breaker to con-
nect it to the electrical mains.
2 - Turn the knob (A) clockwise (pos. 1) to turn on
the electricity supply. The mains light (B)
comes on.
Turning off
3 - Turn the knob (A) clockwise (pos. 2) to turn off
the electricity supply. The mains light (B) goes
out.
4 - Turn off the appliance's circuit breaker to dis-
connect it from the electrical mains.
STARTING AND STOPPING THE COOKING CYCLE
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
Starting
1 - Switch on the appliance (see page 9).
2 - Press key (A) and then key (B) to activate the
oil "melting" procedure.
When the preheating temperature is reached
the beeper sounds.
Press key (C) to deactivate the "melting" func-
tion.
The temperature is maintained at 100°C until
cooking starts.
3 - Press key (D) to activate the temperature input
mode.
4 - Press keys (D-C) to set the cooking tempera-
ture. The data set on the control panel are re-
tained in the memory until the electricity supply
is turned off.
