Selection of the cooking base
Choose the type and quantity of food to be grilled and the cooking base to go with
it:
Use the grill grid for individual items to be cooked, such as chicken drumsticks
or pizza.
Use the frying basket to evenly cook larger quantities such as nuggets or
chips.
The rotisserie is suitable for cooking fatty foods such as grilled chicken and
foods that may not be laid on the surface.
Always arrange the food to be grilled on the cooking surface in such a way
that the individual pieces are barely touching, if at all. This way, all the pieces
will cook evenly.
Using the grill grid or frying basket
To ensure even cooking, fill the frying basket no more than two-thirds full.

Press the On/Off button to turn off the device. Before proceeding to the next
step, make sure the cooking base is not hot. When the cooking base is hot,
please use oven mitts and heat-resistant food-safe kitchen utensils to move
the cooking base.

Remove the cooking tray and place it on a clean, heat-resistant, food-safe
work surface.
Arrange the food so that:
the food cannot hit the inside of the device during cooking.
the cooking base with the food being grilled can be easily removed from the
appliance after cooking.
even air circulation is guaranteed between the individual pieces of food to be
grilled.
Using the rotisserie
Choose the size of the food to be grilled so that:
in order to ensure the rotating function of the rotisserie spit, the food being
grilled does not touch the inside of the device
the food being grilled does not weigh more than 1.2 kg.
Note: To avoid damaging the rotator motor, use the frying basket instead of the
rotisserie if the food is heavier than 1.2 kg.
