Manual cooking control
The food cooks evenly and does not stick together if you turn, toss or shake it
several times during the preparation time, as is usual. You can carry out manual
cooking control at any time.
1 Gently open the door.
2 The device will automatically stop working.
During the cooking process, the appliance will stop automatically as soon as you
open the door. All buttons are inactive except for the "On/Off", "Preset" and
"Rotate" buttons. To continue cooking, close the door. The appliance will not
continue the cooking process until the door is completely closed.
Note: If you open the door and don't close it within 30 minutes, the device will
turn off automatically. In this case, press the On/Off button to switch on the
device.
3 Remove the rotisserie or the cooking base with the food from the appliance.
4 Place them on a clean, food-safe, heat-resistant work surface.
5 Turn the food.
6 Insert the cooking base back into the appliance.
7 Close the door to continue cooking. The appliance will not continue cooking
until the door is fully closed. The appliance ends the cooking process
automatically with three beeps. The fans continue to operate for another 60
seconds, lowering the internal temperature of the device.
8 Open the door and check to see if the food is cooked.
WARNING
Risk of burns! The inside of the appliance, the food and the
cooking surfaces are hot during and after cooking. Depending on
the type of food, steam may escape from the appliance. Wear oven
mitts and, if necessary, long-sleeved clothing to protect exposed
areas from accidental scalding, burns, and possible hot juices from
the food. Grasp the rotisserie or cooking mat with a heat-resistant,
food-safe kitchen utensil.
