CLEANING AND CARE
This device is extremely easy to maintain. It contains no user-serviceable parts.
Any service that requires maintenance other than cleaning must be performed by
a qualified technician. Thoroughly clean the device after each use.

Press the On/Off button to turn off the device.

Wait 1 minute until the fans of the device stop running.

Disconnect the unit from the mains.

Open the door gently and completely.

Allow the device to cool down completely.

Make sure that the inside of the appliance, the drip tray, the cooking bases or
the rotisserie are no longer hot and remove them.

Clean the heating element at the top inside the device with a dry cleaning
brush to remove food particles.

Clean the inside of the device and the removed components with hot water,
food-safe detergent and a non-abrasive sponge. Be careful not to use the
sponge when it is dripping wet. Before cleaning, squeeze it out so that it is
damp.
Note: The drip tray and cooking bases must not be cleaned with metal kitchen
utensils or scouring agents as this can damage the non-stick coating.
Soak the removed components in hot water to loosen stubborn dirt. Loosen the
screws on the rotisserie to thoroughly clean the rotisserie and fixators.
Note: Do not immerse the device in water for cleaning. The device is operated
electrically. This can damage it or cause a life-threatening electric shock when
you start it up again.
