Setting the temperature and cooking time
You can adjust the temperature or cooking time of the programs to suit your
needs. When cooking with hot air, less heat is required. Set the temperature 20°C
lower than indicated on the food package if no recommendation for convection
cooking is given.
Note : In order to ensure optimal drying results, the temperature of the DRYING
program cannot be changed.
Setting the temperature manually
The adjustable temperature range is 50 - 220 °C. Each press of the + or — button
changes the temperature by 10 °C. The device generates a confirmation tone each
time a key is pressed. You can press and hold the button to quickly change the
temperature.
Press the
button (temperature). The currently set temperature value flashes in
the display.

Press the + button to increase the temperature.

Press the - button to decrease the temperature.
The current time value in the display stops flashing and lights up continuously
again if you do not touch the + or - button for a few seconds.
Note: To reset your settings, press the MENU button again (several times),
select your program and start over. All previously made manual entries are
reset. Your entries are not saved permanently, but only for the current cooking
process.
After you have selected a program and adjusted the cooking time and
temperature if necessary, press the On/Off button to start the cooking process.
