Keep the appliance at peak effi ciency by carry-
ing out the scheduled servicing procedures rec-
ommended by the manufacturer. Proper servic-
ing will ensure the best performance, a longer
working life and constant maintenance of safety
requirements.
WARNING: Before carrying out any ser-
vicing procedure, activate all the safety devic-
es provided and decide whether staff at work
and those in the vicinity should be informed.

INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS FOR SERVICING
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
In particular, close the gas supply tap and pre-
vent access to all devices which might cause
unexpected hazards and damage to people's
health and safety if activated.
Every 100 operating hours have skilled, autho-
rised personnel carry out the following opera-
tions:
– Check the gas pressure and system tightness.
– Check the effi ciency of the safety thermocou-
ple.
– Grease the gas tap.
