The PSS-630 Projector Suspension Support is designed for use with
Sony projectors.
This manual provides information on mounting the suspension
support on the VPL-FH300L/FW300L Sony projector.
CAUTION
• For installation, consult with the dealer of your suspension
support or qualified Sony personnel.
• The ceiling should be capable of supporting a weight of at least
250 kg (551 lb 2 oz). If not, the ceiling must be reinforced.
• When you attach the bracket directly to the ceiling, use
commercially available M10 bolts with washers and nuts. Use of
other bolts, washers and nuts other than M10 may present a
danger of the suspension support falling down.
• Be sure to assemble and attach the bracket in the order indicated.
Otherwise the projector may fall.
• The suspension support is designed for use with the Sony
projector. Never use it for another purpose.
• When you attach the bracket, be sure to attach wires to prevent
swinging when a vibration such as an earthquake strikes.
• If you disassemble or modify the suspension support, it may lead
to injury.
• When you attach the suspension support, be sure to fasten the
screws and bolts securely. Otherwise the projector may fall and
you may get injury.
• When you attach the suspension support, make sure that it
remains horizontal. Otherwise it may lead to injury.
• When you change the height of the projector, make sure not to
trap your fingers between the PSS-630P projector suspension
support joint poles (optional).
