Model MT Flame Setup – Flame Setup Overview

The Perfect Flame Model MT allows up to three different torches to run
autonomously at one time from the same machine. Each operator can turn
their torches on or off, operate on different Flame Settings and stop or
start their torch at any time without affecting the flames on other attached
torches. This configuration is best-suited for high production operations
where individual operators are brazing the same joints throughout each
shift, and quality and production teams are looking for consistency and
control of the flame settings.
The following options are available on the Main Menu:
1. Setup Mode
2. Production Mode
3. Demo Mode
The Perfect Flame Model MT allows operators to run a predefined Job
Setting that contains predefined Flame Settings for up to three torches.
Job and Flame Settings are configured and added to libraries that work
together to determine a set workflow. By allowing up to 100 Flame
Settings and up to 25 Job Settings, Model MT provides unparalleled
flexibility for high production manufacturing operations. In order to run in
Production Mode, at least one Flame Setting must be created, assigned
to a torch, and added to a Job Setting that is made available to operators.
Accessing Setup Mode requires the operator or supervisor to enter
a password. This password is provided as part of the Perfect Flame
agreement and can be changed at any time (see System Settings).
WARNING: Prior starting the Flame Setup process, ensure that all
hose and torch connections are secure and that you have tested for
leaks.
The following options are available on the Setup Mode Menu:
1. Flame Setup
2. Job Setup
3. Production Mode
4. Settings
The Model MT allows users to define and save up to 100 total Flame
Settings. These settings are displayed on the screen in the order that
they are added to the system. The Flame Setup menu will display five (5)
settings on each page. Use the Up and Down buttons to scroll through the
list (5 records at a time) as Flame Settings are added.
From this screen, users can add, modify, duplicate, or delete Flame
Settings. Press Setup Mode to return to the Setup Mode Menu.
