at the end of the corresponding row.
After a Job Setting has been created, it needs to be enabled to run in
Production Mode. This allows supervisors to have multiple Job Settings
defined on each unit, while being able to make only specific Job Settings
available to operators depending on business needs.
To add a Job Setting to Production, select the checkbox next to the Job
you wish to enable and press Add/Remove Selected to Production. Job
Settings can be removed from Production by the same method.
When a Job Setting is added to Production, it will be designated by a P
beside the checkbox. This indicates that the corresponding Job Setting will
be available for operators to run in Production Mode.
Press Setup Mode to return to the Setup Mode Menu, or press the Home
icon to return to the Main Menu.
Once Flame Settings and Jobs are defined, the Model MT is ready to run
in Production Mode. Operators can select one from a library of up to 25
Job Settings. Each Job can contain up to three torch assignments, which
allows brazing of multiple types of joints simultaneously without affecting
the flame on any other torch. Flame Settings and Job Settings cannot be
changed without a supervisor password.
WARNING: Prior starting Production Mode, ensure that all hose and
torch connections are secure and that you have tested for leaks.
Production Mode can be accessed from either the Main Menu or the Setup
Menu.
