10. Match the position of each of the ball valves to the
image below
11. Open the ball valves on the inlet and outlet of the
Perfect Flame (handle facing direction of stream)
CLEANING THE FLUX UNIT
1. On the screen of the Perfect Flame, access the set-
tings menu ("Setup Mode" → "Settings"). The Below
screen will appear
2. To start cleaning the flux unit, press the "Maintenance
Mode" icon. The icon will become green and will have
the text "Maintenance Mode: ON" when clicked. Water
will start flowing through the unit
3. Let water run through the Perfect Flame for 5
minutes or until the water tank is fully empty
4. Once step 3 is achieved, press the "Maintenance
Mode" icon again to switch of the mode. Water / Air
will stop flowing through the unit
5. Set the valves of the tank to match the image shown
below
6. Repeat steps 2-4 with air only. Let air flow for 5
minutes
DISCONNECT
1. Turn off the compressed air cylinder to the tank
2. Slowly open the relief valve to the tank until the tank
is fully depressurized
