SmartMessaging
SmartMessaging allows you to send or receive messages over a broadband connection. This feature
includes advanced messaging capabilities such as multimedia attachments.
The messages are synced to a server.
The messages are available when you sign in from any devices or shared devices.
You are required to log in to CommandCentral to use this feature. See
(Subsequent
Login).
NOTE: This feature is a selling feature.

Composing and Sending Text Messages
Procedure:
1. From the Home screen, tap
2. To select a recipient, perform one of the following actions:

Tap the required recipient from the list.

To search for a recipient, tap
●
To select an available recipient from an alphabetical order list, tap
presence → <required recipient>.
●
To select a recipient from an alphabetical order list, tap
→ <required recipient>.
3. Enter your message.
4. To send the message, tap
5. If the message delivery fails, tap
Result:
NOTE: The message includes timestamp of when it is sent to the receiver.
