Setting the Front Display Timer
This setting determines the period before the front display dims and turns off due to inactivity.
Procedure:
1. From the Home screen, tap
2. Tap Display → Front Display Timer.
3. Select the required period.

Use the keyboard in portrait or landscape orientation to enter alphanumeric text on your radio. The keyboard
supports auto-capitalization and word suggestions in the Messaging feature.
