15. ADJUSTING THE NEEDLE STOP POSITION /

WARNING :
1. Turn OFF the power before start-
ing the work so as to prevent
accidents caused by abrupt start
of the sewing machine.
2. Do not perform switch operations
other than those described in the
following explanations.
3. Be sure to re-turn the power switch
ON after one second or more has
passed. If the power is turned ON
immediately after turning it OFF,
the sewing machine may not work
normally. In this case, turn ON the
power again.
(1) Stop position after thread
trimming
1) The standard needle stop position
is obtained by aligning marker dot
A on the pulley cover with white
marker dot B on the handwheel

Instruction Manual for the control
box together.
(2) Adjusting procedure of the
needle up/down stop position
1) Turn OFF the power to the
machine.
2) Pressing "+" switch 4 of the
control box, turn ON the power to
the machine.
3) Screen display is set to setting No.
96 and the number of revolutions
is displayed. (When the screen
display is not changed, operate
again steps 1) and 2).
4) Specify the setting No. E with
switch 1 or switch 2 .
Setting No. 121 : Needle UP stop position
Setting No. 122 : Needle DOWN stop position
5) Specify the setting contents F
within the range of -15 to 15 with
switch 3 or switch 4 .
(Standard is "0". The numeric of
set value indicates the approximate
rotating angle. (When the numeric
is set to the "+" direction, the
needle UP stop position is lowered.
(Direction C)
When the numeric is set to "–
" direction, the needle UP stop
position is raised. (Direction D)
6) After completion of the setting,
press switch 1 or switch 2 to
determine the updated value.
(When turning OFF the power to
the machine before performing
this work, the contents are not
updated.)
7) After completion of the operation,
turn OFF the power to the
machine. The normal operation
can be performed by turning ON
the power to the machine again.
注意 :
1. 为了防止缝纫机的意外起动 ,
请关掉电源之后再进行操作。
2. 请不要进行在以后的说明中
没有写明操作的开关操作。
3. 再次打开电源开关时 , 请一
定等待 1 秒钟以后再打开电
源。关闭电源后立即打开电
源的话 , 有可能机器不能正
常动作。如果发生这种情况
时 , 请再次重新打开电源。
（1）切线后的停止位置
1）标准的机针停止位置是皮带
轮外罩的刻点 A 和飞轮的白
色刻点 B 一致的位置。
※ 详细内容请同时也参照电气箱
使用说明书。
（2）机针上下停止位置的调整方
法
1）关闭 (OFF) 电源。
2）按住电气箱的＋开关 4 的同
时打开 (ON) 电源。
3）关于画面显示，设定 No.E 为
96，设定内容 F 为转速显示。
( 画面显示不变化时，请再次
进行 1)、 2) 的操作进行纠正。 )
4）用开关 1 或者用开关 2 进
行设定 No. E 的设定。
设定 No.121 ：机针上停止位置
No.122 ：机针下停止位置
5）在 -15 〜 15 的范围，用开关
3 或者用开关 4 进行设定
内容 F 的设定。 ( 标准设定是"
0" 。设定值的数值基本上表
示转动角度 ) 设定为＋方向
的数值的话，机针上停止位
置变低。设定为 - 方向 ( C 方
向 ) 的数值的话，机针上停
止位置变高。( D 方向 )
6） 设定完了之后，按开关 1 或
者按开关 2 确定更新的数
值。( 进行此操作之前，如果
关闭 (OFF) 了电源，内容就
不能被更新 )
7） 操作结束后，关闭 (OFF) 电
源， 然后再次打开 (ON) 电源，
就变为通常运转。
WARNUNG :
1. Schalten Sie vor Beginn der Arbeit
die Stromversorgung aus, um durch
plötzliches Anlaufen der Nähmaschi-
ne verursachte Unfälle zu verhüten.
2. Führen Sie nur die in den folgenden
Erläuterungen beschriebenen Tasten-
operationen aus.
3. Warten Sie mindestens eine Sekunde
bis zum erneuten Einschalten des
Netzschalters. Wird der Netzschalter
unmittelbar nach dem Ausschalten
eingeschaltet, können Funktionsstö-
rungen der Nähmaschine auftreten.
Schalten Sie in diesem Fall die Strom-
versorgung erneut ein.
(1) Stoppposition nach dem
Fadenabschneiden
1) Die normale Nadelstoppposition
wird erhalten, indem man den
Markierungspunkt A an der
Riemenscheibenabdeckung auf
den weißen Markierungspunkt B
am Handrad ausrichtet.
* Einzelheiten dazu sind zusätzlich
der Gebrauchsanleitung des
Schaltkastens zu entnehmen.
(2) Einstellverfahren der Nadel-
Hoch/Tief-Stoppposition
1) Die Stromversorgung der Maschine
ausschalten.
2) Bei gedrückter Taste "+" 4 des
Schaltkastens die Stromversorgung
der Maschine einschalten.
3) Die Bildschirmanzeige wird auf die
Einstellungs-Nr. 96 eingestellt, und
die Drehzahl wird angezeigt.
(Wenn sich die Bildschirmanzeige
nicht ändert, die Schritte 1) und 2)
erneut ausführen.)
4) Die Einstellungs-Nr. E mit der Taste
1 oder 2 angeben.
Einstellungs-Nr. 121: Nadel-Hoch-Stoppposition
Einstellungs-Nr. 122: Nadel-Tief-Stoppposition
5) Den Einstellungsinhalt F mit der
Taste 3 oder 4 innerhalb des
Bereichs von –15 bis 15 angeben.
(Standard ist "0". Die Zahl des
Einstellwerts gibt den ungefähren
Drehwinkel an.)
Wird die Zahl in Richtung "+"
eingestellt, wird die Nadel-Hoch-
Stoppposition abgesenkt. (Richtung C)
Wird die Zahl in Richtung "–
" eingestellt, wird die Nadel-
Hoch-Stoppposition angehoben.
(Richtung D)
6) Nach Abschluss der Einstellung die
Taste 1 oder 2 drücken, um den
aktualisierten Wert festzulegen.
(Wird die Stromversorgung der
Maschine vor der Durchführung
dieses Schritts ausgeschaltet, wird
der Inhalt nicht aktualisiert.)
7) Nach Abschluss des Vorgangs die
Stromversorgung der Maschine
ausschalten. Beim nächsten
Einschalten der Stromversorgung
der Maschine wird der normale
Betrieb durchgeführt.

AVERTISSEMENT :
1. Couper l'alimentation de la machine
(position OFF) avant de commencer l'

soudain de la machine à coudre.
2. Ne pas effectuer d'opérations de
touches autres que celles qui sont
décrites dans les explications suivantes.
3. Attendre au moins une seconde avant
de remettre l'interrupteur d'alimentation
sur marche (ON) lorsqu'on l'a placé sur
arrêt (OFF). Sinon, la machine risquera
de ne pas fonctionner normalement.
Dans un tel cas, la remettre hors
tension, puis sous tension.
(1) Position d'arrêt après la coupe
du fil

La position d'arrêt standard de
l'aiguille s'obtient en alignant le
point de repère A du couvercle de
poulie sur le point de repère blanc
B du volant.

(2) Procédure de réglage de la
position d'arrêt de l'aiguille en
position haute/basse
1) Mettre la machine hors tension.
2) Tout en appuyant sur la touche
"+" 4 de la boîte de commande,
remettre la machine sous tension.
3) Le paramètre nº 96 s'affiche et la
vitesse est indiquée.
(Si l'affichage de l'écran ne change
pas, recommencer les opérations
1) et 2).
4) Spécifier le numéro de paramètre E
avec la touche 1 ou 2 .Paramètre
nº 121 : Position d'arrêt de l'aiguille
en position HAUTE
Paramètre nº 122 : Position d'arrêt
de l'aiguille en position BASSE
5) Spécifier la valeur du paramètre F
entre -15 et 15 avec la touche 3
ou 4 .
La valeur standard est "0". La
valeur numérique indique l'angle
de rotation approximatif. Lorsqu'on
règle la valeur numérique vers "+",
la position d'arrêt de l'aiguille en
position HAUTE descend. (Sens C)
Lorsqu'on règle la valeur
numérique vers "-", la position
d'arrêt de l'aiguille en position
HAUTE remonte. (Sens D)
6) Après le paramétrage, appuyer sur
la touche 1 ou 2 pour valider. (Si
l'on met la machine hors tension,
sans avoir validé, le contenu du
paramètre n'est pas actualisé.)
7) Après l'opération, mettre la
machine hors tension. Les
opérations normales peuvent
être effectuées lorsqu'on remet la
machine sous tension.
