Possible cause

Control filter blocked
6 mm hoses to pressure switch are
blocked or damaged .
The filter in air hose full.
Pressure switch / filter not connect-
ed properly .
Pressure switch set to low
Pressure switch broken
Control system setting incorrect .
Filter cleaning not working .
Insignificant vacuum/flow en route
to FlexFilter EX .
Suction source to small
Suction source malfunction .
Deposits / Blockage in pipes en
route to FlexFilter EX .
Duct system not properly dimen-
sioned .
Malfunctioning valves in the duct
system .
Filter cleaning malfunctioning or
insufficient
Air pressure or air flow to low
Solenoid Cleaning Valve not con-
nected properly .
Air lines, valve or cylinder blocked.
Cylinder or valve malfunctioning
Dust is hard to clean, normal clean-
ing does not work .
Control system setting incorrect .
Solution
Change control filter.
Check main filter for damage.
Clean / replace hose .
Replace filter in air hose.
Check connections .
Increase setting (Pre-set: 4kPa)
Replace
