2 Limited Warranty

The device you have purchased has been built using the most advanced
techniques and has been strictly tested before leaving the factory.
During the warranty period, the manufacturer undertakes to repair or replace
defective parts if said defects are not due to customer inexperience or
negligence, acts of nature (lightning, fire, floods...) incorrect or unsuitable
installation, other than that prescribed in the manual, unsuitable transport and
delivery, unit opening by unqualified staff or breakage of the sealing label,
modifications, tests or unauthorized repairs, use and application beyond the
limits stated in the user manual, application beyond the provisions of the safety
standards (VDE, UL ecc.).
Anyone requesting technical service must provide the Customer Assistance
Service with detailed information about the failure or malfunction observed.
The repair and/or replacement of parts or of the device are at the unquestionable
discretion of the manufacturer..
Any repairs under the warranty shall take place at the manufacturer's site or at
an authorized service centre.
The device must be delivered under the customer's responsibility and at the
customer's expense, in the original box in order to avoid further damages.
If it is necessary to repair the inverter at the customer's site, the customer will be
charged for the travelling time and expenses. Manpower and spare parts are at
the expense of the manufacturer. Under no circumstances does this warranty
cover the replacement of devices or any compensation for expenses, injuries,
direct or indirect damages due to the device failure.
